At Crown Farriers we love and believe in what we do. Crown Farriers owner and practitioner, Jared Yoder, grew up, and still resides in, northern Indiana. Jared started his practice at age 18, and for the past 9 years has successfully been serving the local community as well as serving horses all over the world, meeting new people, and creating relationships that will last forever.

He continually strives to bring excellence in his craft, by way of continued education in understanding horse’s bodies and feet while keeping up with new innovations in the industry, and maintaining the fundamentals truths. Through 9 years of experience, and being the man who people called when their horses needed help, Jared has successfully helped many horses through various foot issues. 

Through this he has gained lots of insight into what doesn’t work, what does work, and also where issues started to help diagnose and treat. Jared loves, and believes in the service he provides. His favorite compliment is “Jared doesn’t care whether a horse is worth $500K or $500… he approaches every horse as an individual and strives to get them into perfect shape.”
